Complete Satisfaction is our goal while shopping with us.  While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or errors in pricing on our website. If an error has occurred, we will notify you and you could pay the difference or be entitled to a 100% refund.


Sugar Creek Bedding, Ltd. offers many items that are custom made and made-to-order. Bedding with custom changes, select gifts, personalized items and decorative accessories are made especially for you. Any item that is personalized is considered custom. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order for a custom made item, you may do so within 2 days of the placement of the order. On the third day, your order will go into production.

Custom Bedding Orders are not returnable or cancelable after 3 business days.  Every Sugar Creek Bedding product is specially selected for its great design and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your (Non-Custom Bedding) standard bedding items purchase you may return it within 5 business days of receipt for an exchange or store credit - less a restocking fee of 10%

  • Non-custom orders may be returned within 5 business days, if unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom, “made to order” and personalized pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Merchandise returns must be in its new, unused original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be credited in original form of payment less the shipping and handling fees.
  • Items returned that were part of a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion will be refunded or credited for the cost of the item minus what would have been cost of shipping (refer to shipping policy).
  • Gifts may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged for other merchandise of equal or greater value. This does not apply to personalized or “made-to-order gifts”, which are not returnable.
  • All sale items are final sales.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or cancelled during processing.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us at,  We will give you a Return Authorization Number.

2. Ship item back to us in its original box and packaging.

If there is no Return Authorization Number on a return package, no refund will be issued.


Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to Illinois addresses. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
